Baked Protein Cinnamon Sugar Donuts

In this blog, I'm excited to share a recipe that not only captures the essence of those beloved cinnamon-sugar treats but also offers the perfect guilt-free indulgence. So, let's dive right in and discover how to savor the flavors of fall without compromising your health-conscious goals.

Makes 4 mini donuts

1/2 cup HelloAmino Banana Bread Mix
1 egg yolk
2 tsp melted butter
2 tbsp plain 2% Greek yogurt or sour cream
1 tsp vanilla (optional)
dash of nutmeg (optional)

Cinnamon Sugar coating

2 tbsp sugar
1/4 tsp cinnamon

Mix together all ingredients except the cinnamon sugar topping and pour into 4 greased mini donut molds filling no more than 1/2 way.

Bake at 350 for about 15 mins. Let cool at least 5 minutes and then gently turn out. Spray one side of each donut with coconut oil and then coat in cinnamon sugar.
