Excellent

I added eggs and Ham to the max you made the most fantastic muffins I've ever had. I added a dozen eggs and about two cups of ham. It made two dozen muffins. Just let your imagination go wild.

I will 100% get these again! I made six waffles in my mini waffle iron and ate two pancakes with some berries and banana, and I probably didn't need maple syrup, but added a splash because, well, yum! I don't think it'll be an every week thing for me as my budget is tight, but I'll have some on hand for those days I think about going for a $25 brunch and can instead make three meals for that!

Also, not sure I've ever really enjoyed GF waffles, so this was a first!
