The Recipe:

1/4 cup 0% plain Greek Yogurt
2 tbsp softened light cream cheese
3 tbsp HelloAmino Icing Mix
1/2 tsp vanilla
1/2 tsp each; lemon and orange zest
1 tsp lemon juice

1/2 graham cracker, crushed plus a couple sprays of coconut oil

Crush the graham cracker (or cookie of choice) and add to a 6 oz ramekin. Spray to coat lightly with coconut oil.

Mix the first 5 ingredients together until smooth and top on crust. Refrigerate for 30 minutes to firm slightly or eat as is if it's just too tempting to wait!Ā
