I have been wanting to make my own cold brew for years but never found a bean I truly loved and I didn’t want to make it with grocery store grounds. I chose a bag of the Ritual Roast dark and figured it it wasn’t perfect for cold brew, it would be a great hot coffee in the fall. To say it was incredible as cold brew isn’t enough praise. Coffee is my quiet time in the mornings and I feel like my Hello Amino Ritual Roast is also feeding my soul.

Summer = iced coffee! My second coffee of the day is the one where I add protein creamer and creatine - it’s the best way to get both done in a delicious combo. Espresso, milk, Caramel Creamer and creatine. Whisk. Add ice. Enjoy!

I eat these pancakes almost every morning for breakfast. A quick, tasty way to start my morning and get a bunch of protein. Rather than cook a whole pouch at once, I just weigh out the amount I want, mix with some liquid egg whites, lemon juice and water and cook that way. I eat them with some fruit so no need for syrup.

Great taste and very smooth. Not chalky like other protein powders. Make an iced chai every morning to enjoy.

The maple brown sugar creamer is my favourite for my morning coffee. Knowing I’m getting 17 grams of protein to start my day makes me feel good. And it’s not sweet, just a nice flavor 👌

I am not a chai tea drinker but decided to try this! It is now one of my favourite drinks to drink in the afternoon/evening when I want something warm and cozy, but it’s too late for coffee. I actually only use half of what is suggested, and it is still so good.
