At HelloAmino, we stand behind the quality of our products and want you to love every bite! If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, please review our return policy below.
Returns & Refunds
We accept returns on unopened HelloAmino mixes within 14 days of your purchase. To qualify for a refund:
✅ The mix must be unopened and in its original packaging
✅ You must contact us at orders@helloamino.com within 14 days of your order date
✅ The product must be shipped back to us at your expense
Once we receive your return and confirm it meets the above conditions, we will issue a refund for the product cost (excluding shipping fees).
🚫 Opened products cannot be returned or refunded for safety reasons.
Damaged or Opened Items During Shipping
If your order arrives damaged or opened, please reach out to us within 7 days of delivery with photos, and we’ll send you a replacement at no cost.
Orders from Retail Partners
We aren’t able to provide refunds or exchanges for mixes purchased through one of our retail partners, but we’ll do our best to support you with a resolution. We recommend contacting the store where you made your purchase for their return policy.
Shipping-Related Issues
🚚 Original shipping fees are non-refundable
📦 Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility
📍 We do not offer refunds for shipping delays, incorrectly provided addresses, or packages marked as delivered but not received. If you're experiencing an issue with delivery, we recommend checking with your local carrier for more details.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on Limited Edition products, sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
If you purchased the wrong product, the fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the unopened item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. Please contact us at orders@helloamino.com to get the process started.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment (less shipping cost). Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at orders@helloamino.com.
