🍫🍵 Dubai-Inspired High-Protein Overnight Oats

If you’ve been scrolling lately, you’ve probably noticed the same thing I have.
Dubai chocolate is everywhere.

It’s on grocery store shelves, every brand has their own version, and it’s taken over food reels in a big way. And while I love a good trend, I also love making things work for real life.

So instead of buying another expensive bar, I made it the HelloAmino way and paired it with our Matcha for the most delicious twist.

High protein, lower sugar, dark chocolate, crunchy pistachio. Something that actually feels indulgent, but still fits into how I like to eat. It makes for a perfect hearty breakfast when you want something that feels a little special.

Dubai-Inspired High-Protein Overnight Oats
Serves 1

Ingredients

1/3 cup rolled oats (I use Bob’s Red Mill)
1/2 cup high-protein skim milk 
3 tbsp HelloAmino Matcha Latte Mix
1 tbsp finely chopped pistachios, plus more for garnish

2 squares dark baker’s chocolate
1/4 tsp coconut oil

Instructions

In a jar or bowl, mix the oats, milk, HelloAmino Matcha Latte Mix, and chopped pistachios. Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight.

Once oats are ready melt the dark chocolate with the coconut oil in the microwave and pour over the chilled oats. Sprinkle with extra chopped pistachios.

Return to the fridge for about 30 minutes to let it set, or pop it in the freezer for 5–10 minutes if you want it faster.

This is one of those recipes that doesn’t need a label.

It’s indulgent, satisfying, and simple, which is pretty much my favourite combination.
