Blueberry Lemon Poppy Seed Muffins
1 package prepared HelloAmino Your Dream Muffin
1 whole lemon, zest ONLY
3/4 cup frozen blueberries (or raspberries)
1/2 cup unsweetened apple sauce
1 tbsp poppy seeds
Preheat oven to 375. Line a muffin tray with paper liners.
Prepare the batter according to directions on the back using applesauce option given. Stir in lemon zest and poppy seeds. When your oven is ready gently fold in frozen blueberries
(don't let the batter sit after adding berries)
Fill each muffin tin 3/4 full (do not overfill) and bake for 13-16minutes.
Cool in the muffin tin for 5 minutes after baking before cooling fully on a rack.
Store in a sealed container for 2 days or freeze in a Ziploc to enjoy later.
Peppermint Cheesecake Brownies
Brownie Layer
1 batch prepared HelloAmino Potein Brownie Batter
Cheesecake Layer
1 package cream cheese, room temperature
1/4 cup sugar
1 tbsp cornstarch
2 tbsp plain Greek yogurt, 2 % fat
1 tsp vanilla
1 tsp peppermint extract
1 whole egg, room temperature
Preheat oven to 350. Line a 9x9 cake pan with parchment
(don't skip this step for easier removal)
In a bowl, mix together cream cheese, sugar and cornstarch with a hand mixer
until smooth (2 mins).
Add yogurt, vanilla, peppermint extract and mix until combined.
Add the room temperature egg and mix until fully incorporated.
Add prepared HelloAmino brownie batter to the
bottom of the pan and then top with cheesecake mixture.
Bake for 28-32 minutes until the center only has a slight jiggle. Let fully
cool in the pan and then cover and refrigerate for at least 6 hours to fully
set. Slice into 12 squares and enjoy. They freeze well!
Raspberry White Chocolate Muffins
1 package HelloAmino Your Dream Muffin Mix
2 whole large eggs
6 tbsp oil
1.5 tsp vanilla
1/2 cup unsweetened apple sauce
1 cup frozen whole raspberries
1/3 cup white chocolate chips
Preheat oven to 375. Line a muffin tray with paper liners.
Mix the first 4 ingredients together and then gently fold in raspberries and white chocolate chips.
(don't let the batter sit after adding berries)
Fill each muffin tin 3/4 full and bake for 12-15 minutes.
Cool in the muffin tin for 5 minutes after baking before cooling fully on a rack.
Store in a sealed container for 2 days or freeze to enjoy later.
Cranberry Orange Muffins
1 package HelloAmino Your Dream Muffin Mix
2 whole large eggs
6 tbsp oil
1.5 tsp vanilla
1 large orange, zest only
1/2 cup unsweetened apple sauce
1 cup frozen whole cranberries
Preheat oven to 375. Line a muffin tray with paper liners.
Mix the first 6 ingredients together and then fold in cranberries.
Fill each muffin tin 3/4 full and bake for 12-15 minutes.
Cool in the muffin tin for 5 minutes after baking before cooling fully on a rack.
Store in a sealed container for 2 days or freeze to enjoy later.
Pumpkin Spice Cookies
1 package HelloAmino Snickerdoodle Mix
5 tbsp (75g) unsalted butter, room temperature
3 level tbsp canned pure pumpkin
1 whole large egg
1 tsp vanilla
1/2 tsp pumpkin spice
Optional; add 1/4 tsp pumpkin spice to the cinnamon sugar mixture.
Follow the directions on the back of the snickerdoodle mix.

(2 tbsp cinnamon, 1/2 tbsp ground ginger, 2 1/4 tsp ground cardamom, 1/2 tsp ground nutmeg, 1/2 tsp ground cloves)

optional topping: Mix 1 tsp chai spice blend with 1 tbsp white sugar. Top on muffins before baking.

1/8 tsp cloves

Maple Peach Mug Cake
1/2 cup prepared Maple Pancake Mix
1/2 small peach, diced
sprinkle of cinnamon
10g granola
Coat a microwave safe mug with cooking spray. Add 1/2 cup HelloAmino pancake batter to mug. Top with peaches, cinnamon and then granola. Microwave 60-90 seconds.
Chocolate Zucchini Muffins
1 package HelloAmino Your Dream Muffin Mix
6 tbsp oil
2 whole large eggs
3/4 cup 2% plain Greek yogurt
1 zucchini, grated
3 tbsp cocoa powder

Sugar Brookie Bites
1 package prepared HelloAmino Sugar Cookie Mix
1 package prepared HelloAmino Brownie Mix
Optional; coloured sprinkles
Preheat oven to 350.
Line a mini muffin tin. Add 1 1/2 tsp of brownie batter to the bottom of each muffin liner and then top with the same amout of sugar cookie dough. Top with sprinkles and bake for approximately 14 minutes. Let cool 5 minutes before enjoying. Contains approximately 4g of protein per bite!
French Toast Waffles
1 package prepared HelloAmino Cinnamon Pancake Mix
2 eggs
1/4 cup unsweetened almond milk
1 tsp cinnamon
1/4 tsp nutmeg
1 tsp vanilla extract
Prepare your pancake mix according to instructions.
In a separate bowl, mix together eggs and next 4 ingredients.
Cook in your waffle maker and then cut each waffle into four pieces.
Dip each piece into the egg mixture and cook in a skillet over medium high heat for 2 minutes a side.
Top with whipped cream and strawberries!
Brownie Waffles
1 package prepared HelloAmino Cinnamon Pancake Mix
2 tbsp cocoa powder
2 tsp vanilla
1/2 cup dark chocolate chips
1 tbsp oil
Mix everything together except the chocolate chips. Add batter to waffle maker and then sprinkle chocolate chips over top. Cook according to waffle maker instructions.
Apple Crisp Mug Cake
1/2 cup prepared HelloAmino Cinnamon Pancake Mix
1/2 granny smith apple, peeled and diced
1 tsp buttter
2 tsp brown sugar
1/8 tsp cinnamon
1 tbsp chopped pecans
Topping
1/8 cup quick oats
1 tsp melted butter
1 tsp maple syrup
1/8 tsp cinnamon
dash of salt
In a skillet over medium heat, saute butter and apples for 2-3 minutes, stirring often. Add in brown sugar and stir to coat. Add cinnamon and pecans and cook another minute. Remove from heat and set aside.
In a small bowl combine oats and the next 4 ingredients.
Coat a large microwave safe mug with cooking spray. Add in 1/2 cup prepared pancake mix, top with apples and then oat mixture. Microwave for 90 seconds. Let sit for 1 minute before enjoying.

1 cup water
1 egg
¼ cup overripe mashed banana
1 tsp vanilla extract
¼ cup crushed walnuts

Banana Cinnamon Mug Cake with Brown Sugar Glaze
1 package HelloAmino Cinnamon Pancake Mix
1 cup water
1 egg
¼ cup overripe mashed banana
1 tsp vanilla extract
Glaze
2 tbsp brown sugar
2 tsp butter
Splash of milk
Prepare full pancake mix and then remove ½ cup for a mug cake. (save the rest in the fridge, it will keep up to 5 days) place the reserved half cup into a microwave safe mug coated with cooking spray. Microwave for 60-90 seconds.
