This is a such a nice, festive holiday mix! I love the blend of spices used, perfect for the holidays (or whenever really, I would get this mix year-round if it was available!). I think it’s similar to the Cinnamon Protein Pancake/Waffle mix, but the nutmeg sets it apart and gives it the warm, ‘holiday’ flavour!
This was my first time trying the Holiday Spice Pancake mix and I made them as waffles. They are out of this world delicious and I can't get enough of them so will be ordering more soon! I batch-made the full mix for the week and every morning they smell amazing as I warm them up in the toaster. It's the perfect balance of sweet and spice and I love that I can eat them with just a little butter or nothing at all!
