What do I need to make muffins?
- You will need eggs, oil and any ONE of these following base ingredients: unsweetened apple sauce, overripe banana or canned pumpkin.
How long do they keep?
- The muffins will stay fresh when stored in an airtight container for 4 days. We are sure they will be eaten long before that! They also freeze well if stored in an airtight freezer bag.
I heard you can make mini muffins?
- Yes, and they are perfect for kiddos: Prepare the batter as per instructions and divide into approx. 40 mini muffin liners and enjoy 3 grams of quality protein in one perfect bite! Do I have to make the whole package?

This was one of the first products I snagged when starting with Hello Amino.. it has consistently been used weekly in my meal planning for the last four months. Making a different kind every week rather it be chocolate chip or blueberry cheesecake this mix is a staple in my life.
I love the taste of these muffins. I’m not a baker so it’s great that they’re so easy to make.

I really love the muffin mix and it helps me hit my protein targets which is a bonus! I tried the recipe where you add banana but I look forward to trying other recipes.
We love this muffin mix. I make a batch every two weeks and freeze. My daughter gets a muffin and fruit for her morning snack at school . Knowing the little sugar and clean protein that goes into these muffins, I have confidence that she is set up for success to learn. Our favorites are banana choc chip & carrot apple cinnamon- both on a steady rotation!
These are by far the favourite in our family - my husband and teens love them, as do I. I originally tried them with mashed banana, as one of the options on the instructions and they were super yummy. I then tried them with pumpkin and they were out of this world. Haven’t tried making them with applesauce yet. They almost taste like cake to me and I can eat all 12 in one go if I let myself. They’re perfect.
I have struggled to get my teenage daughter to eat breakfast let alone incorporate enough protein. These muffins are a hit. She enjoys them and is finally getting the protein she needs to set her up for the day!
I can’t say enough about these muffins. They are absolutely perfect! We add blueberries, raspberries or any fruit we have on hand & they are consistently delicious! The fact that they are high in protein is such a bonus! You’d never know that they are gluten-free. I think with some icing, you could even fool someone into thinking that they are cupcakes!
