Gingerbread Pancakes

I love these protein drink products! They are easy to make and very delicious.

I first made this with half eggnog half milk and it was delicious. I had one of those commercial moments where they take a sip and say mmmm while holding the mug, it was that good haha. The next morning I made my coffee with eggnog instead of creamer and put two tbs of the holiday nog in it and it was better than the eggnog lattes from my local cafe.

Love this with chai tea or matcha! I use it in my Greek yogurt too!

My kids & I love this mixed with Greek yogurt and berries. We enjoy the chocolate pudding too.

Love it in my coffee! Not sweet enough for me but I’m thankful for the low sugar. I add a bit of maple syrup & cream and it’s perfect!

These are great paired with a scoop of ice cream for a helathy indulgence. My husband always asked when I am getting more in to make.
