Raspberry White Chocolate Muffins

1 package HelloAmino Your Dream Muffin Mix

2 whole large eggs
6 tbsp oil
1.5 tsp vanilla
1/2 cup unsweetened apple sauce
1 cup frozen whole raspberries
1/3 cup white chocolate chips

Preheat oven to 375. Line a muffin tray with paper liners.
Mix the first 4 ingredients together and then gently fold in raspberries and white chocolate chips.
(don't let the batter sit after adding berries)
Fill each muffin tin 3/4 full and bake for 12-15 minutes.
Cool in the muffin tin for 5 minutes after baking before cooling fully on a rack.
Store in a sealed container for 2 days or freeze to enjoy later.
