A light, airy high-protein breakfast that feels like dessert
If youâve been following along on Instagram lately, you know Iâve been talking a lot about rituals.
The small things that quietly make our mornings feel a little more grounded.
This Blueberry Protein Soufflé has quickly become one of mine.
Itâs light, airy, naturally sweet from the blueberries, and packed with protein to keep you steady all morning. Think somewhere between a fluffy baked yogurt cake and a soufflĂ©. Simple ingredients, minimal prep, and something that feels just a little indulgent even on a busy weekday morning.
The best part, it comes together in minutes and bakes beautifully in the air fryer.
This blueberry protein soufflé recipe is a light, high-protein breakfast made with Greek yogurt and HelloAmino Muffin Mix that bakes beautifully in the air fryer.
