Let’s be honest…

Hitting 150g of protein a day sounds great in theory.
Until you’re actually living your life.

Running a business.
Getting up at 5am.
Trying to eat like an adult without making it your full-time job.

Because I don’t know about you…
but I’m not meal prepping chicken at 6am just to hit a number.

And I’m definitely not giving up my little daily rituals either.

Like my iced matcha.

So instead of overthinking it…I started building protein into the things I already love.

This is one of them.

It looks like a treat.
It tastes like a treat.
But it’s packing 43g of protein.

The part you’re not expecting šŸ‘€

That creamy top?Ā Not your typical cold foam.

And yes… it’s the reason this works so well.

šŸµ The Recipe

Matcha:

4 oz pistachio milk (not required… but next level)
4 oz 0% high protein milk
3 tbsp HelloAmino Matcha Mix

Cold Foam:

1/4 cup pasteurized liquid egg whites
2 tbsp HelloAmino Vanilla Creamer+
1/2 tbsp HelloAmino Icing Mix (optional, for extra sweetness)

How to make it:

Blend the matcha, pistachio milk, and high protein milk.
Pour over ice.
Blend the cold foam until thick and creamy.
Pour over top.

This is what it looks like for me now.

Not overthinking it.
Not cutting things out.

Just making it easier to hit my protein…
while still enjoying the things I love.
