🧁 Recipe: Cranberry Orange Protein Muffins with Cream Cheese Filling
1/2 cup HelloAmino Your Dream Muffin Mix
2 tbsp 2% high protein milk
15g whole egg, whisked
1/2 tsp orange extract (or zest)
30g frozen cranberries
Filling
1 tbsp light cream cheese
1 tbsp HelloAmino Icing Mix
Mix together the first 4 ingredients and then fold in cranberries. In a separate bowl mix together the filling ingredients until smooth.
Pour half into a greased large 8 oz ramekin, add the cream cheese filling and then top with the remaining batter. Bake in the air fryer at 325 for approx 16 minutes. Let stand 3 minutes.
