Birthday Cake Protein Overnight Oats

Our Birthday Cake Pancake mix is wildly popular and only comes out 4 times a year selling out in record time.

I took inspiration from that and made my favourite overnight oats recipe to date!

This gives you all the birthday cake vibes and can be enjoyed for breakfast or dessert!

1/2 cup quick oats
1/3 cup fairlife skim milk 
2 1/2 tbsp HelloAmino Vanilla Pudding mix

2 tbsp plain 0% Greek yogurt
1 1/2 tbsp HelloAmino Vanilla Pudding mix
sprinkles

10g white chocolate
1/2 tsp coconut oil
sprinkles

Combine the first three ingredients and add to a small dish.

Mix together the next two ingredients and layer over oats. Top with a small amount of sprinkles.

Melt the chocolate and coconut oil in the microwave in 10 second increments. Cover over the yogurt and top with more sprinkles.

Refrigerate at least 4 hours or overnight.
