đ Hummingbird Protein Cake
Makes 2 ramekins. (Share one⌠or donât.)
Cake:
⨠½ cup HelloAmino Maple Pancake Mix
⨠1 egg yolk
⨠3 tbsp water
⨠â
cup crushed pineapple (in juice, not syrup)
⨠2 tbsp unsweetened shredded coconut
⨠35g crushed pecans
⨠Dash cinnamon

Mix everything together, divide between two large ramekins, and air fry at 325°F for 18 minutes. Let cool before icing.
Frosting:
