Here's how
1/2 cup HelloAmino Your Dream Muffin mix
1 egg yolk
3 tbsp water
Topping
1 tbsp 0% plain Greek Yogurt
1 tbsp HelloAmino Icing mix
Mix the first three ingredients in a microwave safe bowl. Microwave for 90 seconds.
Meanwhile mix the next two ingredients in a small dish until smooth.
