What do I need to make brownies?
- You will need eggs, butter & vanilla extract.
How do I make mini brownies?
- Prepare as directed on the package, divide the batter into mini muffin liners and reduce baking time to approximately 13 minutes.
Can I freeze the brownies?
- The brownies freeze very well stored in an airtight freezer bag. Otherwise, they can be stored in an airtight container for 4-5 days. We are sure you will eat them long before that!
Do I have to make the whole package?
- For a traditional brownie experience we recommend making the whole package as directed, however, you can get a quick brownie fix by combining 1/3 cup brownie mix with 2 tbsp water in a microwave safe mug and cook for 60-90 seconds. Check out the IG reel here.

I am a bit lost for words. These brownies were absolutely amazing and so easy to make. I couldn't believe that I was eating a high protein brownie. I have rejected so many protein products because they don't have good taste or texture. Not these. Highly recommend.
I’ve been a fan of and buying Hello Amino for I want to say at least a year if not maybe a bit more? And until yesterday I had not tried the brownies. Honestly, I was skeptical. How you gonna make a protein brownie taste good??
Well they've definitely done it. Down to the chewy edges of the brownie!! The taste is very good with a nice cocoa finish. The texture is slightly cake-ier than the brownies I usually make, but very good. And as I mentioned, the edges are chewy and so good. Even my husband was thrilled with them. :)
Great for satisfying that craving for a baked good without taking up all your macros. And it even adds protein! Definitely a keeper for us.
