What do I need to make pancakes?
- For the pancakes you will need one lemon, eggs and water. For waffles you will need to add a bit of oil to the batter to help with the crispiness.
Do I need to use eggs?
- No, you can just use water, but we suggest adding eggs if you want the fluffiest pancakes.
Can I make a single serving?
- You sure can and it increases the protein to an unbelievable 42 grams! We call this our SUPERCHARGED serving! Simply mix 3/4 cup dry pancake mix with 1 egg and 1/4 cup of water and cook as per usual into 3 pancakes or one large waffle.
Can I add cherries or chocolate chips?
- Whatever floats your boat! You can add anything you'd like. Be sure to check our Recipes page for ideas.

This is by far my personal favorite of the "regular" pancake mixes. The flavor is amazing, not to mention the supercharged version (which is all I make) gives me more than 33 grams of protein!! Best way to start my day!
Omg, I’ve been following HA for a while and finally decided to order. I wish I didn’t wait so long! These lemon poppyseed pancakes are to die for, everyone in my house loves these! 10/10. We love lemon so we added a wee bit zest and juice to bolden the flavour. SOOOOO GOOOD!!
Delicious! Exceeding my expectations, crispy on the outside with a delicious delicate lemon flavour, I added a little drizzle of maple syrup but didn’t need that.

This mix is so darn good! I made the single serving portion and added a lot of lemon juice & zest. The mixture was a little thin, but they cooked up great and the flavor was intensely lemony and scrumptious! No syrup needed at all; the flavor is perfect. I can't wait to try them again and add blueberries! Will definitely be buying other flavors! :)
I add frozen blueberries to the lemon poppy seed mix and make them into waffles, so good.

My fav by far, I make up the package into Waffels,freeze and grab when I want, and for extra protein I’ll add icing protein mix and to yogart to dip the waffle , yum yum
