Tis the season for warm delicious and festive drinks but with that comes a lot of sugar. Did you know Apple Cider typically has up to 30g of sugar?

This will be your new favourite Winter Beverage with zero added sugar and packed full of protein!

Here's how

3 tbsp HelloAmino Chai Latte Mix
1 cup pure unsweetened Apple Cider

Using a whisk mix both ingredients together in a small pot and heat gently over medium setting until warmed through. 

Garnish with cinnamon stick if desired and enjoy 18g of protein!
