5 ways to use our Pumpkin Spice Latte without the latte!

It's embarrassing to admit but our protein PSL was a bit of a disaster. 

Just last week I sent out an email to anyone that purchased our PSL admitting that we screwed up. We thought we were making a great choice by using REAL dried pumpkin but because of that ingredient most found the texture unappealing.

As dried pumpkin doesn't dissolve this left a gritty texture which is the complete opposite of what we're known for.

We're revising our recipe for Fall 2025 but in the meantime if you have our PSL these quick recipe ideas will have you falling in love again!

Pumpkin Overnight Oats
1/2 cup each; quick oats and milk of choice
3 tbsp HelloAmino PSL mix
Mix and refrigerate overnight.

Pumpkin Chia Pudding
1/2 cup milk of choice
1 tbsp chia seeds
2 tbsp canned pumpkin
3 tbsp HelloAmino PSL mix
Mix and refrigerate overnight.

Pumpkin Cheesecake
1/4 cup softened cream cheese
1 tbsp plain Greek Yogurt
1 tbsp canned pumpkin
3 tbsp HelloAmino PSL mix
Mix until smooth. Add crushed graham crackers to the bottom and top with whipped cream if desired.

Pumpkin Pudding
1/4 cup HelloAmino Vanilla Pudding mix
1/3 cup milk of choice
2-3 tbsp HelloAmino PSL mix
1 tbsp canned pumpkin
Mix all ingredients in a small saucepan over medium heat, smoothing out with a silicone spatula until thickened, just before boiling. Cool in fridge for 1 hour. Add a splash more milk if too thick once cooled.

Pumpkin Dip
1/3 cup plain Greek yogurt
2 tbsp canned pumpkin
3 tbsp HelloAmino PSL mix
Mix until smooth and dip in apples or cookies.
