Strawberry Matcha Protein Overnight Oats with Cream Cheese Magic Shell

The combination of strawberry and Matcha gives me all the spring vibes! It's fresh, fruity with the perfect crunchy top and all the health benefits of Matcha.

Serves 1

1/3 cup quick oats
1/3 cup high protein skim milk (I used fairlife)
3 tbsp HelloAmino Matcha Latte mix

50g strawberries
1/4 cup plain Greek yogurt or cottage cheese

10g cream cheese chippits
3-4 sprays coconut oil

Mix together the first 3 ingredients and add to a small dish.

Blend together strawberries and yogurt/cottage cheese until smooth and top on oats.

Add the cream cheese chippits to a small microwave safe dish and add in 3-4 sprays of coconut oil. Microwave in 10 second increments until melted and smooth.

Top over the strawberry yogurt and refrigerate overnight.
