šŸµ Matcha Raspberry Protein Ice Cream

The bold, creamy treat that keeps cravings (and blood sugar crashes) in check.

There’s something about matcha and raspberry together that just feels fancy—but don’t worry, this protein-packed ice cream is about as low-maintenance as it gets.

I created this one because I was craving something cool and refreshing that still hit my goals. Something slightly earthy from the matcha, sweet and tangy from the raspberries, and creamy enough to make you forget you were even thinking about snacks 30 minutes ago.

And honestly? I’d rather have this post-workout or as a late-night treat than anything I used to grab from the freezer aisle.

This is not ā€œprotein ice creamā€ that tastes like cottage cheese and regret. This is thick, creamy, Ninja Creami magic that feels indulgent—but fuels your body.

The Recipe

Serves 2

3/4 cup 2% high protein milk (must be 2%)
2 tbsp light softened cream cheese
1/4 cup 0% Greek yogurt
4 tbsp HelloAmino Matcha Latte Mix
3 tbsp HelloAmino Icing Mix
1/2 tbsp creatine (not required but helps with creaminess)

Mix in
Raspberry Jam
1 cup frozen raspberries
1/4 cup water
2 tsp vanilla extract
1 tbsp monk fruit or sweetener of choice

Blend the first 6 ingredients together until smooth, pour into your creami container and freeze overnight.

Meanwhile in a small pot add the raspberry jam ingredients and bring to a boil. Reduce heat to medium and continue to boil until liquid is reduced and it thickens. Set aside to cool.

Remove ice cream mixture from freezer, add a splash more milk and run through the light ice cream setting on the creami machine.Ā 

Top with raspberry jam and swirl in by hand.
