Eggnog Protein Overnight Oats

Gone are the days you need to give up eggnog to stay aligned with your wellness goals. This overnight oats recipe will give you all the holiday vibes with none of the guilt!
Here's how
1/3 cup quick oats
1/3 cup Fairlife skim milk
3 tbsp HelloAmino Nog Latte mix
Pudding layer
1/3 cup DF eggnog (I like Elmhurst cashew oat nog)
1 tbsp milk of choice
1/4 cup HelloAmino Vanilla Pudding mix
dash of cinnamon and nutmeg
Optional Garnish
Biscoff cookie or GF gingersnap cookie
Mix the first three ingredients together and add to a small dish.
Make the pudding by mixing the next 3 ingredients plus spices and cook over medium heat until thickened. Let cool for 10 minutes and then top on oats.
Garnish with crumbled cookie if using (or cover with cling film to prevent skin forming) and refrigerate overnight.
Alternatively you can make a yogurt vs pudding topping by combining 1/4 cup plain Greek yogurt with 2 tbsp HelloAmino Nog latte mix.
