CHERRY PROTEIN PANCAKES WITH PROTEIN ICING RECIPE
Serves 1
3/4 cup HelloAmino Lemon Poppy Seed Pancake Mix
1 whole egg
1/4 cup 0% plain Greek Yogurt
1-2 tbsp water
4-5 frozen Dark Cherries, chopped
Icing
1 tbsp 0% fat plain Greek Yogurt
1 tbsp HelloAmino Icing Mix
Topping
35g frozen Dark Cherries
1 tbsp water
splash of Vanilla
1 tsp (or to taste) sweetener of choice
Mix the first 4 ingredients together and then fold in chopped cherries. While your pancakes are cooking prepare the topping by microwaving the cherries, water etc for approximately 2 minutes, stirring halfway, until thickened.
Prepare the icing next by mixing the two ingredients together until smooth.Â
Top cooked pancakes with the icing and then cherries.
