High-Protein Peanut Butter Cake for One

High-Protein Peanut Butter Cake for One

It wasn’t until my 40s that I realized I could actually have my cake and eat it toowhile hitting my protein goals. Game. Changer.

Because here’s the thing: Protein-packed desserts exist, and they’re actually GOOD, especially when HelloAmino is involved. Not dry. Not weird. Not “this tastes healthy” (you know what I mean). Just straight-up delicious, peanut-buttery cake goodness—for one.

No need for:
🚫 A million ingredients
🚫 A full-sized cake staring you down
🚫 The willpower to “just have one bite” (because who does that?)

This single-serve peanut butter cake is packed with protein, takes just minutes, and will have you rethinking every boring protein shake you’ve ever choked down.

The full recipe is below—make it, love it, and then DM me a pic on social when you do. I need to see it. 🤤

1/2 cup HelloAmino Banana Bread mix
1 tbsp peanut butter powder
1/4 cup 0% plain Greek yogurt
1 egg yolk
2 tsp melted butter or coconut oil
1/2 tsp vanilla extract (optional)
1 tbsp 2 % Fairlife milk

Peanut Butter Protein Icing

1 tbsp 0% plain Greek yogurt
1 tbsp HelloAmino Icing mix
1/2 tbsp peanut butter powder
splash of milk if needed

Mix together the first set of ingredients (HelloAmino mix through milk) and pour into a 8 oz greased ramekin. Bake in your air fryer at 320 for about 18 mins or oven at 350 for about 25 minutes. Let cool.

Meanwhile mix together the icing ingredients until smooth, adding milk for desired consistency if needed.

Top on the cake and garnish with chopped peanuts if desired.
