š Ingredients
šÆ Maple Protein Caramel
1 tbsp butter
2 tsp brown sugar
2 tbsp half & half
2 tbsp HelloAmino Maple Brown Sugar Creamer+
1 tbsp water
1/8 tsp vanilla (optional)
Pinch of salt (optional)
š Gingerbread Cake
1/2 cup HelloAmino Banana Bread Mix
1 egg yolk
2 tsp melted butter
1 tsp molasses
Dash allspice
1/4 tsp ground ginger
1/4 tsp cinnamon
1/2 banana, mashed
1/2 tsp vanilla extract (optional)
Oil spray for ramekins

š Make the maple protein caramel
1ļøā£ Melt butter & brown sugar in a small pot.
2ļøā£ Add half & half; simmer ~3 minutes until thick and glossy.
3ļøā£ In a small bowl, mix Creamer+ with water.
4ļøā£ Slowly whisk caramel into the Creamer+ mixture.
5ļøā£ Finish with vanilla & a pinch of salt.
š§ Make the cake
1ļøā£ Mix all cake ingredients together in a bowl.
2ļøā£ Grease 2 ramekins and divide batter.
3ļøā£ Air fryer: 320°F (~13 min)
Oven: 350°F (~20 min)
4ļøā£ Pour caramel over warm cake & dig in.
