Protein Apple Crisp - No Bake!

Hello Fall flavours! Give me all the cinnamon and spices yet with it feeling still like Summer the last thing I'm doing is turning on my oven.
This no bake protein apple crisp is the perfect recipe to satisfy those Fall cravings while getting a whopping 34g of protein!
Here's how
1/2 cup plain Greek Yogurt
2 tbsp HelloAmino Pumpkin Spice Latte mix
1/4 apple, peeled and diced (I used pink lady)
1 tbsp butter
1 tbsp HelloAmino Pumpkin Spice Latte mix
1 tbsp water
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
2 generous dashes of cinnamon
2 tsp quick oats
1 tsp slivered almonds
2 tsp HelloAmino Pumpkin Spice Latte mix
coconut oil spray
Mix the first two ingredients together until smooth and put into the bottom of a small dish.
In a small skillet over medium heat add butter and apples. Cook, stirring often for about 5 minutes. Add the next 4 ingredients (PSL-cinnamon) and stir well. Cook another 1-2 minutes until bubbly and thickened. Set aside to cool slightly.
In the same skillet add the remaining ingredients (oats-PSL) and then coat with coconut oil with about 4-5 sprays. Stir well and cook for 2-3 minutes. Remove from heat.
Top the yogurt with the cooked apples and the top with the oat mixture.
