Protein Oats with Vanilla Yogurt Whip

This is the perfect breakfast meal prep hack and your solution to your what's for breakfast problem.

Because eating a high protein breakfast shouldn’t be boring. Am I right?

This layered oats can be made with a variety of our mixes whether you're craving chocolate or the warm spices and vanilla. 

If you're tight on time, cook your oats and if you're looking for a meal prep then go for the overnight version. 

Here's how⤵️

1/2 cup quick oats
1/2 cup skim Fairlife lactose free milk
3 tbsp HelloAmino Golden Milk, Chai OR Cocoa mix

3 tbsp 0% fat plain Greek yogurt (use lactose free if needed)

3 tsp HelloAmino Vanilla OR Chocolate Pudding mix 

Assorted nuts if desired

Mix the first 3 ingredients together and refrigerate overnight. (alternatively cook your oats and let cool) Mix the yogurt and pudding mix together in a small bowl. Layer the oats and yogurt in a mason jar and top with nuts if desired.
