Blueberry Muffin "Scone"

While it doesn't have a traditional scone texture I'm not sure what else to call it other than TASTY! Enjoy 16 grams of protein for a great post workout snack or dessert!

1/3 cup HelloAmino Your Dream Muffin Mix
2 tsp cold butter
1 tbsp plain yogurt
small handful of fresh blueberries

Mix the cold butter and muffin mix using a fork until almost combined with small lumps still remaining. Add the yogurt and stir well. It will look dry. Using your hands pick up the mixture and work into a smooth ball by gathering up all the mix as you go. Place the dough in a well greased ramekin and press the blueberries into the top. Cook in the air fryer at 320 for 10-12 minutes or 350 oven for 15-18 minutes until golden. Let stand 2 minutes.
