Gingerbread Overnight Oats

This is my new fave overnight oats recipe. It gives you all the gingerbread vibes with under 350 calories and 42g of protein! 

Here's how

1/3 cup each; quick oats and skim Fairlife milk
3 tbsp HelloAmino Holiday Nog Latte mix
1/4 tsp each; ground ginger and cinnamon
1/2 tsp cookie butter extract*
dash allspice

1/4 cup 0% plain Greek yogurt
2 tbsp HelloAmino Icing mix

Combine the first 7 ingredients and pour into small dish.

Mix the next two ingredients and layer over oats.

Garnish with chopped walnuts if desired and refrigerate overnight.
