We usually associate poppy seed with lemon but this recipe has no lemon! You're going to love this simple and delish twist on a classic. The perfect solution to your breakfast problems with only 189 calories and 15g of protein.

Serves 1

1/2 cup HelloAmino Lemon Poppy Seed Pancake Mix
1 egg yolk
3 tbsp fairlife lactose free 2% milk (any milk will do but this adds protein)
1/2 tsp oil (I used coconut oil spray)
1/4 tsp vanilla extract (optional)

Mix all ingredients together and pour into a ramekin and bake in the air fryer at 320 for 12 minutes or in a 350 oven for 16-18.
