Raspberry Cream Cheese Muffins

Cream Cheese Flavoured Chips has been a game changer. It pairs perfectly with both fruit and our carrot cake muffin!
1 package HelloAmino Your Dream Muffin Mix
2 whole large eggs
6 tbsp oil
1.5 tsp vanilla
1/2 cup unsweetened apple sauce
1 cup frozen whole raspberries
1/3 cup cream cheese flavoured chips
Preheat oven to 375. Line a muffin tray with paper liners.
Mix the first 4 ingredients together and then gently fold in raspberries and cream cheese chips.(don't let the batter sit after adding berries)
Fill each muffin tin NO MORE THAN 3/4 full. Bake for approximately 15 minutes or until edges and top are golden brown.
Let cool at least 5 minutes in the muffin tray and then remove to fully cool on rack. Store in a sealed container in the fridge for up to 2 days or freeze.

I just received my 2 bags of the muffin mix. I opted to make the raspberry cream cheese ones and let me tell you they are absolutely amazing. Even my daughter said they were delicious so that’s a win right there. I am going to try a lemon poppyseed with the next ones
